Members of Opera Holloway (from Royal Holloway College, University of London) returned to Storrington Parish Church to give a recital of opera highlights, which once again was greatly enjoyed and highly acclaimed by the audience.  Composers of the arias and duets included Verdi, Mozart, Offenbach, Berlioz, Humperdinck, Britten and others.  The singing was superb, and once again Laurie O’Brien was a brilliant accompanist.

Many thanks to Caroline (Callie) Swarbrick for arranging the concert, and to her parents Wendy and Julian for hosting the social gathering afterwards.  Funds were raised for the Church and for Opera Holloway.
